Job summary

McMillen, Inc. in Denver, CO is seeking a Graphic Design Specialist to serve as a specialized design resource within the Marketing Department, supporting pursuits, interviews and presentations, conferences and major initiatives.

You will translate complex information into compelling visuals, maintain brand standards, and collaborate with Proposal Managers and technical staff while developing templates and reusable assets for high-quality materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field, or 5–10 years of related experience.
• Experience in graphic design for proposals, interviews, and marketing materials.
• Ability to develop branded templates and reusable assets.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic pursuits, interviews and presentations, conferences and marketing initiatives.
• Develop infographics, diagrams, maps, icons and other visuals.
• Coordinate with Proposal Managers and Marketing to translate complex concepts into visuals.
• Create and maintain templates, libraries and presentation tools.
• Design interview and presentation materials including PowerPoint/Canva assets.
• Support booths, signage, ads, collateral for major initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to brand standards and quality control.
