McMillen, Inc. is seeking a Graphic Design Specialist to support strategic pursuits, interviews and presentations, conferences, business development efforts, and major Marketing initiatives.

This role partners across teams translating complex information into compelling, brand-consistent visual communication. Proposal Managers retain responsibility for proposal layout, production, and delivery; this role provides targeted design expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field, or 5–10 years of professional experience.
• Background in AEC industry is a plus.
• Experience supporting proposal development and marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a specialized graphic design resource for strategic pursuits and major Marketing initiatives.
• Develop infographics, process diagrams, org charts, schedules, workflows, and other visual elements.
• Translate complex concepts into brand-consistent visuals in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Support interview materials, presentations, and conference graphics while Proposal Managers handle layout.
