McMillen, Inc. is seeking a Graphic Design Specialist to serve as a specialized graphic design resource within the Marketing Department, supporting strategic pursuits, interviews and presentations, conferences, business development efforts, and major Marketing initiatives.

The role partners across teams translating complex information into compelling, brand-consistent visual communication. Proposal Managers retain responsibility for proposal layout, production, and delivery; this role provides

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or related field or 5–10 years of professional experience in graphic design."
• AEC industry background preferred.
• Proven ability to support proposal development, interviews, and marketing initiatives in the AEC sector.
• Experience creating proposal graphics, infographics, maps, diagrams, and visual communication materials.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a specialized graphic design resource supporting strategic pursuits, interviews and presentations, conferences, BD efforts, and major Marketing initiatives.
• Develop custom graphics including infographics, process diagrams, organizational charts, schedules, workflows, maps, and icons.
• Translate complex technical concepts into effective visual communication.
• Provide targeted design support while Proposal Managers manage layout, production, and delivery.
• Develop templates, libraries, and reusable visual assets for independent production by teams.
