Job summary

McMillen, Inc. seeks a Graphic Design Specialist to support Marketing initiatives by creating brand-consistent visuals, infographics, and presentation graphics. You will work with Proposal Managers and technical staff to translate complex concepts into compelling visuals.

The role develops templates, presentation tools, and visual assets for pursuits, conferences, and campaigns, ensuring quality and consistency across materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field, or 5–10 years of related experience.
• Proven ability to develop proposal graphics, infographics, maps, diagrams, and marketing collateral.
• Experience supporting conferences, tradeshows, and high-visibility marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic pursuits, interviews, presentations, conferences, and major Marketing initiatives.
• Develop custom graphics and visual assets including infographics, processes, org charts, schedules, workflows, and icons.
• Translate complex technical concepts into compelling brand-consistent visuals in collaboration with Proposal Managers.
• Provide design support for high-priority pursuits while Proposal Managers handle layout and delivery.
• Create and maintain templates, libraries, and reusable assets for proposals and presentations.
