Job summary

ERG is seeking a Document Production Specialist to format and produce high‑quality client deliverables, including proposals, technical reports, and resumes, for federal/state clients. The role emphasizes Word proficiency, branding adherence, and accessibility compliance.

The ideal candidate will manage complex Word documents, tables, graphics, and version control while meeting tight deadlines and coordinating with proposal teams and editors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 to 5 years in document production or related support.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and formatting.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Detail‑oriented with quality control focus.

Responsibilities

• Format and produce professional proposals, reports, resumes, and presentations.
• Apply branding standards and formatting requirements across documents.
• Develop complex Word documents with styles, templates, numbering, TOC, headers/footers.
• Create and update tables, charts, and graphics; maintain version control.
• Assemble final deliverables under tight deadlines; ensure completeness.
• Coordinate with editors and staff; support accessibility and QA checks.
