Job summary

Manpower in Delray Beach, FL is seeking a detail-oriented Document Production Specialist to support formatting and assembling reports, manuscripts, proposals, and marketing materials using MS Word templates and styles.

The role requires proficiency with Microsoft Office and ideally Adobe Acrobat, strong problem-solving, and the ability to work with multiple staff across projects under tight deadlines, including occasional long hours.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software required.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat software preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in formatting and organizing report documents.
• Follow established report and proposal word processing and submission processes and assist staff members as needed.
• Support the development and collection of boilerplate materials, perform first-pass and final document formatting, content review, document printing, final assembly, and delivery of proposals in accordance with corporate protocols.
• Support internal (both domestic and international) clients in researching proposal requirements.
• Support the creation and maintenance of corporate marketing materials (flyers, qualifications statements, etc.).
• Support conference preparation, including the development and/or purchase of materials and shipping/receiving of conference material.
• Work collaboratively with an established team with minimal oversight.
• Prioritize work during critical deadline-driven conditions under the direction of the Document Production manager.
• Able to support parallel tasks and work under short deadlines, including working extra and flexible hours as periodically required.
• Proficient in internet searches and preferably online literature research.
• Associates or bachelors degree in a relevant field, such as Marketing, Professional Writing, Journalism, English, or an associated field.
