Job summary

CORE Construction is seeking a full-time Marketing Proposal Specialist to join our National Marketing Team at the National Headquarters in Frisco, Texas. The role focuses on proposal development—crafting compelling responses to RFQs/RFPs that showcase CORE’s expertise and client value.

The ideal candidate is creative, organized, collaborative, and detail-oriented, with 1–2 years of A/E/C marketing experience and strong Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field required.
• 1–2 years’ experience in the A/E/C marketing industry.
• Experience with RFQ/RFP processes.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign is required.
• Photoshop and Illustrator skills preferred; PowerPoint and Office apps preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Self-starter who can work collaboratively and independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, writing, design, and production of proposals using Adobe InDesign.
• Collaborate cross-regionally and lead internal teams to gather content and ensure materials align with brand standards.
• Draft and edit written content for proposals and marketing collateral.
• Develop graphics for proposals and marketing materials.
• Manage multiple active pursuits and track deadlines.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute creative input for marketing initiatives.
