This experienced role is ideal for creative and driven individuals with relevant A/E/C industry and proposal experience. This position is primarily dedicated to proposal development — crafting compelling, deadline-driven responses to RFQs/RFPs that showcase CORE’s expertise and highlight our value to clients. The Marketing Proposal Specialist will support a fast-paced department focused on delivering exceptional professional services and brand representation for CORE. The National Marketing Team is responsible for producing high-quality proposals, presentations, event coordination, and various other creative projects that support the company’s continued growth. The Marketing Proposal Specialist will contribute to a team dedicated to exceeding client expectations and finding innovative ways to enhance services. This role focuses on creating proposals and related deliverables such as presentations, marketing collateral, graphics, communications, and content. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, collaborative, and detail-oriented, and excels at managing multiple priorities under pressure. A passion for graphic design, writing, and editing is a bonus.
