Job summary

CORE Construction is seeking a full-time Marketing Proposal Specialist to join the National Marketing Team at the National Headquarters in Frisco, TX. The ideal candidate will craft compelling, deadline-driven responses to RFQs/RFPs and support brand representation across marketing collateral.

Responsibilities include proposal development, content drafting, graphics creation, and cross-region collaboration. A background in A/E/C marketing with strong writing and design skills is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field is required.
• 1–2 years’ experience in A/E/C marketing or proposal roles.
• Experience with RFQ/RFP processes and strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign is required; Photoshop and Illustrator are highly preferred.
• Strong writing, editing, and graphic development capabilities.

CORE Construction is hiring a full-time Marketing Proposal Specialist to join our dynamic National Marketing Team in our National Headquarters office in Frisco, Texas. This experienced role is ideal for creative and driven individuals with relevant A/E/C industry and proposal experience.

This position is primarily dedicated to proposal development — crafting compelling, deadline-driven responses to RFQs/RFPs that showcase CORE’s expertise and highlight our value to clients. The Marketing Proposal Specialist will support a fast-paced department focused on delivering exceptional professional services and brand representation for CORE. The National Marketing Team is responsible for producing high-quality proposals, presentations, event coordination, and various other creative projects that support the company’s continued growth.

The Marketing Proposal Specialist will contribute to a team dedicated to exceeding client expectations and finding innovative ways to enhance services. This role focuses on creating proposals and related deliverables such as presentations, marketing collateral, graphics, communications, and content. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, collaborative, and detail-oriented, and excels at managing multiple priorities under pressure. A passion for graphic design, writing, and editing is a bonus.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Lead the development, writing, design, and production of proposals using Adobe InDesign
• Collaborate cross-regionally and lead internal teams to gather content and ensure materials align with brand standards
• Drafting and editing written content for proposals and other marketing collateral
• Developing graphics for proposals and other marketing collateral
• Manage multiple active pursuits simultaneously, maintaining organized project files and tracking deadlines for concurrent assignments
• Participate in team meetings, offering creative input for marketing initiatives

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field is required
• 1-2 years’ experience in the A/E/C marketing industry
• Experience with RFQ/RFP processes
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign is required
• Strong skills in Photoshop, and Illustrator are highly preferred
• Strong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Office applications are highly preferred
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Self‐starter with a high level of motivation and problem‐solving capabilities
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and also manage independent tasks effectively

Other Requirements

• Must be able to work in office 5 days per week
• Willingness to travel as needed
• Comfortable working under pressure and meeting multiple concurrent deadlines
