Hazen and Sawyer seeks a Proposal Coordinator to join our Proposal Development team across our Dallas–Fort Worth, El Paso, Austin, Houston, San Antonio, and Tulsa offices. The role guides collaborative proposal development for engineering and environmental projects, leveraging diverse disciplines to craft compelling, compliant narratives.

Candidates should have 2+ years' related experience, strong writing and layout skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.

• Two or more years of InDesign experience.

Responsibilities

• In your role as a Proposal Coordinator, you will work with our pursuit teams and manage technical staff to deliver high-quality proposals to our clients and win competitive project opportunities.
• The Proposal Development Coordinator prepares concise, compelling, and compliant narratives that guide proposal content. You will participate in strategy meetings, develop storyboards and layouts, create and track action items, and monitor task completion.
