Job summary

Hazen and Sawyer invites a Proposal Coordinator to join our Proposal Development team in Dallas, Fort Worth, El Paso, Austin, Houston, San Antonio, or Tulsa. You will guide a collaborative process to craft high-quality engineering and environmental proposals.

You will work across disciplines, shaping narratives, storyboards, layouts, and action-tracking to ensure proposals reflect team strengths and win opportunities.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of related experience.
• Two or more years of InDesign experience.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
• An eye for layout of documents.
• Strong personal accountability.
• Collaborative approach in team environments.
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
• Detail and task-oriented.
• Ability to juggle multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Work with pursuit teams and manage technical staff to deliver high-quality proposals to clients and win competitive project opportunities.
• Prepare concise, compelling, and compliant narratives that guide proposal content; participate in strategy meetings, develop storyboards and layouts, create and track action items, and monitor task completion.
