Job summary

Hazen and Sawyer is seeking a Proposal Coordinator for our Dallas, Fort Worth, El Paso, Austin, Houston, San Antonio, or Tulsa office(s). As part of our Proposal Development team, you will guide and facilitate a collaborative process to develop high-quality, competitive proposals for engineering and environmental projects.

• Two or more years of related experience.
• Two or more years of InDesign Experience.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
• An eye for layout of documents.
• Strong personal accountability.

• Ability to juggle multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• In your role as a Proposal Coordinator, you will work with our pursuit teams and manage technical staff to deliver high-quality proposals to our clients and win competitive project opportunities.
• The Proposal Development Coordinator prepares concise, compelling, and compliant narratives that guide proposal content. You will participate in strategy meetings, develop storyboards and layouts, create and track action items, and monitor task completion.
