Job summary

Hazen and Sawyer is seeking a Proposal Coordinator to join our Proposal Development team across multiple office locations including Dallas, Fort Worth, El Paso, Austin, Houston, San Antonio, or Tulsa. The role guides a collaborative process to develop high-quality, competitive proposals for engineering and environmental projects, leveraging cross-disciplinary strengths.

You will work with pursuit teams to deliver concise narratives, storyboards, layouts, and action-tracking, ensuring on-time

Qualifications

• Two or more years of related experience.
• Two or more years of InDesign experience.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
• Eye for layout of documents.
• Detail- and task-oriented; able to juggle deadlines.
• Collaborative approach in team environments.
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Guide pursuit teams to deliver high-quality proposals.
• Prepare concise, compelling narratives; develop storyboards and layouts.
