Job summary

Hazen and Sawyer seeks a Proposal Coordinator to support our Dallas–Fort Worth and other Texas offices within the Proposal Development team. You will guide a collaborative process to develop high-quality, competitive proposals for engineering and environmental projects.

You will work across disciplines with colleagues to leverage strengths of the team, preparing concise narratives, storyboards, layouts, and tracking actions to ensure timely, compliant proposals.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of related experience.
• Two or more years of InDesign experience.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
• Eye for layout of documents.
• Strong personal accountability.
• Collaborative approach in team environments.
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
• Self-starter.
• Detail and task-oriented.
• Ability to juggle multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Work with pursuit teams and manage technical staff to deliver high-quality proposals.
• Prepare concise, compelling, and compliant narratives guiding proposal content.
• Participate in strategy meetings, develop storyboards and layouts, track action items.
