Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in marketing, English, business, or communications.
• 3-5 years of experience in proposal coordination, marketing, or related field.
• Experience supporting proposals in architecture, engineering, construction, or heavy civil infra preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review RFQs and bid documents to identify requirements and deadlines.
• Develop and maintain proposal schedules, compliance matrices, outlines, and coordination tools.
• Coordinate inputs from project teams to support proposal development.
• Prepare, write, edit, format, and assemble statements of qualifications and proposals.
• Gather project experience, resumes, statistics, and other proposal content.
• Maintain proposal database and boilerplate content for accuracy.
• Support pursuit interviews with presentations and logistics.
• Conduct market and client research to aid planning.
• Assist with marketing activities and internal communications.
• Manage multiple deadlines and independently execute routine tasks.
