Job summary

Cerris Builders in Pflugerville, Texas, seeks a Proposal Coordinator to support the company's growing project bids. You will help ensure accuracy and visual quality of responses to RFPs, RFQs, LOIs, and pre-qualifications.

You will coordinate with Marketing, Estimating, Safety, Operations, and Accounting to assemble materials, schedules, and marketing collateral, and you will manage CRM records and keep the intranet up to date. Strong MS Office and Adobe skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of related work experience preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) required.

Responsibilities

• Identify personnel involved, communicate responsibilities, and gather appropriate information for each proposal or presentation.
• Coordinate information from Marketing/Business Development, Estimating, Safety, Operations, Accounting, and external vendors.
• Prepare proposal development schedules and ensure deadlines are met.
• Coordinate production and distribution of proposal documents to stakeholders for approval.
• Deliver a high-quality product tailored to each request.
• Organize documents and track past proposal materials for future use.
• Prepare advertisements, brochures and marketing collateral as needed.
• Maintain marketing collateral to keep information current with ongoing project data.
• Update Company Intranet and website as required.
• Maintain and develop CRM information for projects, personnel resumes, and reports.
• Proficiency with proposal/presentation tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) or equivalents.
