Endemic Environmental Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Proposal Coordinator in Fullerton, CA to lead proposal development and ensure timely, polished submissions.

In this role you will collaborate with project managers and technical specialists, coordinate content, and manage deadlines to produce compelling environmental proposals. You will review procurement documents, gather information, and format final materials, including resumes, certifications, and narratives.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of proposal coordination, proposal development, or closely related experience with writing and producing proposals.
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and document-production skills.
• Experience reviewing and interpreting detailed solicitation requirements.
• Ability to coordinate multiple contributors and manage competing deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Experience preparing proposals for public agencies is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead proposal development from kickoff through final submission.
• Review RFPs, RFQs, SOQs, IFBs, and other procurement documents.
• Create proposal schedules, compliance matrices, outlines, and internal assignments.
• Coordinate kickoff meetings, technical content, internal reviews, and submission deadlines.
• Gather information from project managers and subject-matter experts.
• Write, edit, proofread, and format proposal documents.
• Prepare required forms, certifications, resumes, project descriptions, qualification packages, and pre-qualification materials.
• Submit proposals through electronic procurement portals.
• Confirm that each proposal meets the solicitation requirements before submission.
• Maintain the proposal calendar and proposal resources, including templates, resumes, project descriptions, certifications, and standard narratives.
• Track proposal activity and support ongoing improvements to the proposal process.
