Job summary

ERO Resources Corporation is seeking a Temporary Proposal Coordinator to analyze RFPs and opportunities, develop technical proposals, and coordinate with project managers and editors to produce polished submissions.

The role requires strong writing, organizational skills, and experience with marketing materials, cost estimates, and CRM systems. It is a temporary position with benefits, based in Colorado, with a hybrid work option.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism, or business or commensurate experience.
• 3–6 years of proposal preparation or marketing/document production experience in environment/engineering.
• Certifications or coursework in relevant areas; environmental consulting a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze RFPs, RFQs, and opportunities to identify projects to pursue.
• Prepare proposals and related documents, including resumes, project descriptions, and cost estimates.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, editors, graphics staff, and marketing to produce submittals under deadlines.
• Manage multiple proposals for different managers and client needs.
• Edit and supervise production of proposal documents (electronic and hard copy).
• Maintain CRM data, rate sheets, and corporate marketing materials.
