Job summary

PacRim Engineering in Orange, CA is seeking a Proposal Coordinator to support marketing and business pursuits. The role coordinates proposals, reviews solicitations, and guides subcontractors to ensure timely, compliant submissions.

Required is a Bachelor’s in Marketing/Communications and at least 2 years in proposal support for the A/E/C industry, with strong writing and editing abilities. Hybrid work is available along with a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Communications or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience preparing proposals in the A/E/C industry.
• Experience with civil engineering firms is preferred but not required.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading abilities.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate preparation of marketing materials, proposals, and presentations.
• Review solicitations (RFPs, RFQs, RFIs) and advise on submittal requirements.
• Prepare and disseminate directives to subcontractors and team members.
• Independently prepare qualification materials and project experience documents.
• Ensure documents meet quality standards and security guidelines.
• Edit marketing communications and project documents for clarity.
• Package proposals and marketing materials by due date.
• Maintain marketing documents and tracking of proposals.
