Job summary

Summit Line Construction, headquartered in Heber City, Utah, seeks a Proposal Coordinator to support the Estimating department in managing bids company-wide. The role involves organizing proposal documents, tracking deadlines, and ensuring deliverables meet formatting standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field preferred with demonstrated proposal or technical writing experience.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and analyze RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs to determine proposal requirements and deadlines.
• Distribute RFP documents to estimating and executive teams, including scope, deadlines, and timelines.
• Track bid deliverables and ensure proposals are compliant with client requirements.
• Develop and maintain proposal schedules and serve as the main contact for proposal inquiries.
• Draft and edit narrative content for proposals and maintain boilerplate content.
