Job summary

Summit Line Construction, based in Heber City, Utah, seeks a Proposal Coordinator to support the Estimating department with bids company-wide. You will organize proposal documents, track deadlines, and maintain records.

The role may report from Heber, Provo, or Draper after six months of training in Heber, with 1-2 days weekly in Heber post-training. You'll draft content for proposals, edit inputs from estimators and PMs, and manage boilerplate content while coordinating with estimating, BD and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or related field with proposal experience.
• Strong project management and organizational skills to handle multiple proposals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with proposal management software.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and analyze RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs to determine requirements and deadlines.
• Distribute documents to estimating and executive teams with scope, deadlines and timelines.
• Track bid deliverables and ensure proposals comply with client requirements.
• Develop and maintain proposal schedules for timely completion.
• Draft and edit narrative content for proposals and maintain boilerplate library.
• Collaborate with estimating, business development and leadership to craft win themes.
