Job summary

Matrix Service Company is seeking a Proposal Specialist to coordinate, develop, and produce proposals, presentations, and communications that reflect the company's brand. You will support RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs and assist with CRM data entry and reporting.

You will format content using brand guidelines, manage draft reviews, create dynamic presentations, and collaborate with Business Development and other teams to communicate key sales themes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in proposal development, marketing, or PR preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills required.
• Strong computer skills; design software experience preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and develop proposals, presentations, and client communications.
• Prepare compliance matrices and RFP response documents.
• Create and edit multi-page documents using brand templates.
• Support proposal reviews and distribution of draft materials.
• Develop written communications and dynamic presentations for internal and external audiences.
• Collaborate with Leadership to articulate project narratives and sales themes.
