Job summary

V2X, Orlando, FL, seeks a Capture & Proposal Coordinator to manage administrative aspects of proposal development, ensuring security and integrity of documentation. You will direct production, desk top publishing, and final master proposal packaging, supporting Proposal Managers from RFP release through contract award.

You will coordinate with multiple departments, manage color team reviews, and leverage AI to draft narratives and past performance content, while maintaining compliant formatting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1 year of experience in supporting Government (Local, State, or Federal).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to produce compliant documents per customer requirements.
• Understand government procurement, contracts, and procedures.
• Experience in hard copy production.
• Experience in using AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Under guidance, create and update pursuit SharePoint sites and libraries.
• Establish and document electronic proposal file access and tracking protocols.
• Assist in preparing proposal outlines and development of Compliance Matrixes.
• Coordinate kickoff meetings, color team reviews, and interface with departments.
• Coordinate proposal inputs/outputs flow and real-time development status.
• Develop final production cycles, schedules, and packaging of master proposals.
• Participate in compliance reviews from RFP release to award.
• Format text using styles/templates; create tables, import graphics.
• Prepare documents for color team reviews and final production.
• Develop data calls with Operations/Field or subcontractors as needed.
• Use AI to generate started drafts for narratives and past performance.
• Run internal AI reviews to flag unaddressed requirements.
