Job summary

V2X, based in Reston, VA, seeks a Senior Proposal Manager to lead the proposal team through planning, development, and submittal of federal bids. The role emphasizes RFP compliance, coordination with corporate staff, and managing complex, high-dollar opportunities.

You will guide the proposal process, develop strategy and themes with the Capture Team, and ensure timely, high-quality submissions across multiple efforts, including classified bids and SCIF environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Ten years of progressive experience in federal government contracts.
• Experience managing large, complex programs and large teams.
• Five years supporting classified bids.

Responsibilities

• Lead the proposal team in planning, preparation, training, development, production and submittal of proposals.
• Ensure RFP compliance and coordinate with corporate and project management teams.
• Maintain schedule discipline and ensure quality/compliance of proposals.
• Develop proposal strategy, discriminators and themes with Capture Team.
• Prepare proposal plan, outline, storyboards and submittal checklist.
