Job summary

V2X is seeking an experienced Business Development leader to drive capture across C5ISR and Global Solutions. You will lead teaming, create winning plans, and coordinate resources for pursuit of DoW and IC opportunities.

You will identify opportunities, conduct competitive assessments, build relationships with customers, and present credible proposals to senior stakeholders while mentoring the BD team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with strong business or analytic focus.
• 8+ years in capture management and DoW/IC-focused BD.
• Deep knowledge of federal procurement and capture lifecycle.
• DoW/IC/Federal market experience and major programs experience.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead capture plans, win strategies, and teaming arrangements.
• Develop internal capabilities analyses, discriminators, and price-to-win.
• Manage BD pipeline and conduct market intelligence research.
• Prepare oral proposals and lead cross-functional teams to win.
• Mentor BD colleagues and drive color reviews during lifecycle.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
