Job summary
V2X Inc, a global solutions provider, seeks an experienced Capture Manager to lead pursuit efforts for Global Training Solutions with DoD and Federal civilian agencies. You will develop capture plans, build internal and external teams, and drive win strategies across complex bids.
Responsibilities include identifying opportunities, researching markets, managing NDA and teaming agreements, and delivering compelling proposals.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business, Accounting, Analytics, Finance, or Marketing. An equivalent combination may be substituted.
- Experience: 8+ years in capture management or related business development activities.
- Capture experience in DoD and Federal civilian agencies required.
- Proven track record on major programs and two winning procurements over $50M.
- Strong knowledge of government procurement and DoD operations.
Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new opportunities to build GTS’s pipeline.
- Develop capture plans, internal teaming, and price-to-win strategies.
- Lead external teaming arrangements and recruit teammates and subcontractors.
- Prepare and present oral proposals to stakeholders.
- Mentor GTS teams and ensure adherence to timelines and milestones.
