Job summary

Trane Supply is seeking a Project Coordinator to lead continuous improvement initiatives around Prophet 21 (P21) and related store technologies. You will serve as a liaison across Supply, Retail Excellence, IT, regional teams, and field operations to define requirements and coordinate improvements that boost efficiency, revenue, and margins.

The role focuses on standardization, optimization, and end-user adoption across the Americas, with responsibilities spanning back-office and front-office

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience coordinating projects or supporting business systems in retail or distribution environments.
• Experience with Prophet 21 (P21) or similar ERP/POS systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate projects to improve Prophet 21 functionality and store operations across the Supply organization.
• Identify and prioritize system and process enhancements to improve user experience, productivity, revenue, and margins.
• Collaborate with Supply Retail Excellence, Regional Managers, Store Operations, IT, and stakeholders to gather requirements and align solutions with business objectives.
• Define requirements using OpEx tools, develop business cases, and create project plans with ROI considerations.
• Support pricing-related processes and store technology capabilities within P21; ensure effective deployment and adoption.
• Provide training and change management activities to ensure successful rollout of new processes and features.
