PINNACLE PARTNERS in Columbus, OH is seeking an experienced Prophet 21 (P21) professional to own the P21 ERP system and partner with executive leadership to align IT with business strategy. This role also oversees IT infrastructure, security, and vendor management to support growth.

Responsibilities include optimizing P21 workflows, reporting, and integrations, plus managing IT budgets and contracts. The candidate will be hands-on with ERP administration and drive cost-effective technology

Qualifications

• Hands-on Prophet 21 (P21) experience, including administration, reporting, integrations, and process optimization.
• Solid understanding of distribution processes and cross-functional communication with purchasing, inventory, warehouse, sales and finance.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement an IT strategy aligned with company growth and business objectives
• Serve as a strategic technology partner to executive leadership
• Manage the Prophet 21 (P21) ERP system
• Identify opportunities to optimize P21 workflows, reporting, integrations, and business processes
• Oversee IT infrastructure, networks, cybersecurity, SaaS applications, and end-user services
• Manage the IT budget, vendors, contracts, and technology investments
• Establish IT policies, procedures, security standards, and best practices
• Evaluate technology and automation opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs
