Qualifications

  • Ability to make timely and sound judgmental decisions.

  • Ability to prepare detailed written communication in a timely and effective manner.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain property transaction records.
  • Maintain bi-weekly, monthly and annual reports.
  • Maintains Lease database for termination and renewals.
  • Review and process Purchase Sale Agreements and Contracts for Purchase.
  • Reviews documents for accuracy and completeness.
  • Process requests from Property Management Supervisor per policy.
  • Issue various types of correspondence.
  • Create, update SOPs and assist training.
