Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Computer Science or related field required.
• 2+ years cross-domain IT experience including endpoint, server, network and Wi‑Fi support.
• Strong English communication and analytical skills.
• Experience with IAM and modern authentication protocols.

Responsibilities

• Provide walk-up tech support for employees and devices on site.
• Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and resolve ServiceNow tickets.
• Assist with patching, network troubleshooting, and asset management.
• Support events and temporary tech setups as needed.
• Document processes and update end-user guides.
