Job summary

Caesars Entertainment is seeking an on-site IT support technician to assist Property IT Management and Enterprise IT with end-user technology, telephony, and event tech. Starting pay is $22.50 per hour.

Responsibilities include first-level incident handling, remote and in-person support across platforms, and assisting with vulnerability remediation. Candidates should have a high school diploma and related college training; strong communication and computing skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• College training, equivalent to Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills required.
• Strong personal computing skills recommended.
• Demonstrated entry-level technical skills in multiple platforms desired.
• Ability to work in a fast paced and high-pressure work environment.
• Flexible to work various day/shifts may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support for end-user and customer-facing technology.
• Support telephones, audio/video systems, and special event setups.
• Respond to incidents and service requests and escalate when needed.
• Provide in person and connected level support for end-user systems across platforms.
• Assist in vulnerability remediation activities as needed.
• Update procedures and documentation for platforms.
• Perform entry-level technical tasks/repairs on desktop systems.
• Use Service Management System to track incidents and requests.
• Maintain computer/equipment room conditions as required.
• Participate in technology-related projects as needed.
