Job summary

MGM Resorts International is seeking a Property Tech Ops Engineer at Bellagio to troubleshoot and support end users, devices, and network services on site in Las Vegas. You will provide on‑site maintenance, ticket resolution in ServiceNow, and document processes to improve efficiency and reliability.

The role requires a technical associate degree and 2+ years across endpoint, server, network, Wi‑Fi, and application support, with strong English communication and problem‑solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field.
• 2+ years of IT experience across endpoint, server, network, Wi‑Fi, mobile device, and application support.
• Strong English communication, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Provide walk-up services for employees needing technology help with hardware and software.
• Educate employees on device/application use and initiate the support process on their behalf.
• Track and resolve ServiceNow tickets, update statuses and resolutions.
• Assist senior engineers with patching, network troubleshooting, and game/event tech setups.
• Maintain asset management and distribute hardware with proper location updates.
