They will offer support, including resolving and completing ServiceNow tickets, refining processes, and creating or updating documentation. This role involves field support at assigned property for system hardware and software, PCs, and IP networking.**THE STARTING RATE:** $30.00 Hourly **THE DAY-TO-DAY:** * Providing walk up services for employees who need assistance with technology hardware and software.* Educating employees on how to use their devices and applications and initiate the support process on* their behalf.* Personalizing employee interactions and ensure they have all the information they need to understand* what to expect next.
