Job summary

Candidates should have two years of appraisal experience, strong Excel/Word skills, and knowledge of multiple valuation approaches. Travel and a valid driver’s license are required; telework may be available.

Qualifications

• Two years of single-property or mass appraisal experience including inspecting and valuing real properties.
• Experience collecting and analyzing large quantities of sale, income, and expense data.
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel to compile, interpret, analyze, and display validation data.
• Experience in the application of multiple approaches to value and proper appraisal methodology.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field inspections of real property, vacant and improved.
• Write and submit USPAP compliant appraisal reports.
• Verify sales, collect data, and interview parties familiar with various properties, such as contractors and real estate agents.
