Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of single-property or mass appraisal experience.
• Experience collecting and analyzing large quantities of sale data.
• Proficiency with Word and Excel to compile and display validation data.
• Experience using multiple approaches to value and proper appraisal methodology.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field inspections of real property, including vacant and improved sites.
• Write and submit USPAP-compliant appraisal reports.
• Verify sales data, gather market information, and interview related parties.
• Apply prescribed guidelines to determine just market value for assessment.
