Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of single-property or mass appraisal experience
• Experience collecting and analyzing large quantities of sale, income, and expense data
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel to compile, interpret, analyze, and display validation data
• Experience in the application of multiple approaches to value and proper appraisal methodology
• College degree in Real Estate or closely related field can substitute for one year of experience

Responsibilities

• Conduct field inspections of real property, vacant and improved
• Write and submit USPAP compliant appraisal reports
• Verify sales, data collection and interviewing parties familiar with various properties
• Demonstrate attention to detail, strong writing and time management abilities
• Travel as required and communicate findings with stakeholders
