Qualifications

• Two years of single-property or mass appraisal experience.
• Experience collecting and analyzing large quantities of sale, income, and expense data.
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel to compile, interpret, analyze, and display validation data.
• Experience in the application of multiple approaches to value and proper appraisal methodology.

Responsibilities

• Appraises real property to determine its just market value for assessment purposes.
• Conducts field inspections of real property, both vacant and improved, and writes USPAP‑compliant appraisal reports.
