Qualifications

• Two years of single-property or mass appraisal experience including inspecting and valuing real properties.
• Experience collecting and analyzing large quantities of sale, income, and expense data.
• Experience with MS Word and Excel to compile, interpret, analyze, and display validation data.
• Experience in applying multiple approaches to value and proper appraisal methodology.
