Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of single-property or mass appraisal experience.
• Experience collecting and analyzing large quantities of sale, income, and expense data.
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel to compile and analyze validation data.
• Experience applying multiple approaches to value and appraisal methodology.

Responsibilities

• Appraise real property to determine just market value for assessment.
• Conduct field inspections of real property, vacant and improved.
• Write and submit USPAP-compliant appraisal reports.
• Verify sales, collect data, and interview parties familiar with properties.
