Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent experience
- 4+ years experience with property management software systems
- Proficiency in AppFolio, RealPage, Jonas platforms a plus
- Experience with treasury management software (Cash Sheet preferred)
- Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, AIM, or similar)
- Familiarity with automation tools like Smartsheet
- Understanding of AI implementation in business environments
- Versatility and strong interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive support for AppFolio, RealPage, Jonas Premier software systems
- Oversee treasury management software operations
- Assist with The Mortgage Office loan servicing software
- Execute bi-weekly Jonas Premier system enhancements and updates
- Develop and maintain Smartsheet automation workflows for REO management
- Coordinate cross-platform data synchronization
- Deploy Power BI or AIM solutions for unified reporting
- Create and maintain financial reporting dashboards
- Lead AI rollout initiatives across organizational systems
- Troubleshoot system issues and document processes
