Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Insurance, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in process analysis, process improvement, or business analysis; insurance or property/casualty experience preferred.
• Familiarity with process mapping and documentation tools (Visio, Lucidchart, Blueworks Live) is required.
• Lean, Six Sigma, or related methodologies are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document end-to-end processes across property insurance operations (underwriting, policy servicing, claims, loss control).
• Map current and future-state workflows, identify pain points, redundancies or gaps, and recommend improvements.
• Support standardization and optimization with business leads and project teams; develop procedures and user documentation.
• Develop and maintain process flows, work instructions, and RACI matrices for core activities.
• Track and report process performance metrics and KPIs; assist in root-cause analyses and corrective actions.
