Job summary

Ultipro is hiring a Porter to maintain common areas of the property and apartments prior to move-in. The position is full-time and non-exempt, paid hourly with benefits eligibility. You will support cleaning, landscaping, and turnover duties while upholding customer service standards.

The role requires physical stamina, ability to lift 50 lbs, and proficiency in English. Training and policy compliance are expected as part of Cardinal values.

Qualifications

• Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
• Positive attitude and exceptional customer service.
• Ability to use hand and power tools.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and perform physical labor up to 8 hours/day.
• Ability to communicate and comprehend in English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean, safe, and sanitary common areas of the property.

• Manage trash, debris, and animal waste in exterior areas.
• Ensure landscaping and apartment turnover readiness.
• Communicate maintenance needs to supervisor.
• Respond to emergencies per policy and procedure.
• Participate in required trainings and adhere to policies.
