Responsibilities

• Maintain clean and safe common areas and amenities.
• Keep clubhouse and offices tidy and presentable.
• Assist with apartment turnovers and move-in readiness.
• Respond to maintenance or curb appeal issues with supervisor.
• Follow safety policies and procedures and participate in training.
• Support resident satisfaction through attentive service.
