Responsibilities include daily trash removal, preparing market-ready units, exterior cleaning, snow and weather-related tasks, and professional interaction with current and prospective residents.

A high school diploma and excellent customer service are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to de-escalate difficult situations.
• Maintain confidentiality.
• Professional appearance and adherence to uniform policy.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record and current auto insurance.
• Able to pass safety trainings.
• Ability to shovel snow and operate snow equipment.

Responsibilities

• Remove trash and debris daily from office areas and property perimeter.
• Assist in preparing market-ready units.
• Pressure wash exterior areas as needed.
• Assist with property emergencies (snow, weather events, fires, floods).
• Clean available apartments and common areas as directed.
• Address maintenance concerns related to weather conditions.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and curb appeal with residents.
• Report any maintenance or life-safety issues promptly.
• Foster positive relationships with residents and other properties.
• Other duties as assigned.
