Job summary

Capstone Management Partners, LLC is seeking a Porter (Full-Time, Non-Exempt) to maintain the common areas of the property and apartments prior to move-in. This role emphasizes strong customer service, teamwork, and attention to cleanliness across clubhouse, offices, models, and all common spaces.

The position requires lifting up to 50 lbs, standing and performing physical labor for extended periods, and daily communication in English. Benefits eligibility is noted within compensation details.

Qualifications

• Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
• Positive attitude, enthusiasm and energy while providing exceptional customer service.
• Ability to use hand and power tools.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and complete physical labor for up to eight hours per day.
• Ability to communicate and comprehend in English.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the common areas of the property and apartments prior to move-in.
• Provide exemplary customer service and teamwork.
• Keep clubhouse, offices, models, and common areas clean and sanitary.
• Ensure property is free of trash, debris and animal waste.
• Prepare dumpster areas for trash pick-up and maintain landscaping.
• Ensure best possible appearance of each apartment prior to new resident move-in.
• Communicate issues to supervisor and assist with apartment turnovers as directed.
• Respond to emergencies according to policies and procedures.
• Participate in trainings and adhere to all policies and procedures.
• Contribute to resident satisfaction by meeting or exceeding expectations.
