Job summary

Capstone Management Partners, LLC is seeking a Porter to maintain the common areas of the property and prepare apartments for move-in. The role emphasizes strong customer service, teamwork, and adherence to safety standards across indoor and outdoor spaces.

Responsibilities include keeping facilities clean, assisting with apartment turnovers, and communicating with management regarding maintenance needs. The position requires physical stamina and English communication, with WA salary guidance

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to use hand and power tools.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk and perform physical labor for up to eight hours.
• Ability to communicate and comprehend in English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain common areas and prepare apartments for move-in.
• Demonstrate exemplary customer service and teamwork.
• Keep clubhouse, office, model, and other areas clean and safe.
• Ensure property is free of trash, debris and animal waste.
• Support apartment turnovers as directed.
• Report issues to the Property Manager or Service Manager.
• Respond to emergencies per policies and procedures.
• Attend required in-service trainings.
• Comply with all policies and procedures.
• Contribute to resident satisfaction by meeting or exceeding expectations.
• Participate in Cardinal U training as required.
