Job summary

You will clean public areas, maintain the pool, assist with vacant unit make-ready, and help with maintenance requests. Must lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather.

This full-time role offers a 40-hour week with rotating weekends. Ideal candidates read and write in English and have prior groundskeeping or maintenance experience.

Qualifications

• Read and write in English is necessary for safety and task completion.
• Previous groundskeeping, maintenance, or similar role experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all public and common areas in a clean, neat, and attractive condition.
• Clean and maintain pool area daily and assist with make-ready process of vacant units.
• Maintain trash and dumpster areas; respond to service requests promptly.
• Perform basic maintenance tasks and safety practices as per company policy.
• Attend required trainings and meetings; interact professionally with residents and team members.
