Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Porter to assist in carrying out the maintenance processes across our communities. You will perform corrective, preventative, routine, and cosmetic maintenance under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

On-site attendance is required; duties include cleaning, trash removal, grounds maintenance, and responding to resident/management work orders promptly.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance tasks including corrective, preventative, routine, and cosmetic maintenance.
• Assist in make-ready processes under supervision of Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.
• Maintain grounds, buildings, breezeways, and common areas; respond to work orders and resident requests.
• Inspect facilities daily; ensure repairs are completed timely and safely.
• Participate in on-call emergencies at the community.
