Job summary

The Harrison in Atlanta is seeking a Porter to maintain the property's cleanliness and curb appeal across grounds, pools, parking areas, and common spaces. The role includes trash removal, light maintenance, and assisting with turnover duties to keep resident spaces welcoming.

You will support safety and resident satisfaction by performing tasks with attention to detail, working independently, and providing on-call maintenance assistance as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous groundskeeping, janitorial, or maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to standards.
• Manual lifting up to 75 lbs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and curb appeal of the property, including grounds, swimming pools and spas, parking lots, breezeways and common areas.
• Ensure cleanliness, functionality and safety of amenities at all times.
• Assist in the unit turn process by removing items left by previous residents.
• Deliver notices, manage trash removal, and promptly address debris or hazards on the property. Work independently while following company standards, demonstrating attention to detail, and maintaining a commitment to resident satisfaction.
• Provide emergency and on-call maintenance support as needed.
• Support the team with other duties as needed to maintain resident satisfaction and property standards.
