Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness, appearance, and sanitation of interior and exterior common areas.
• Clean and maintain hallways, entryways, lobbies, and amenity spaces.
• Perform routine cleaning: sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, wiping surfaces.
• Collect and dispose of trash; monitor trash areas for sanitation and odor.
• Maintain exterior grounds: litter removal and landscape upkeep as needed.
• Assist with seasonal landscaping and snow/ice removal.
